This special Sang mix features the renowned Ganden Khenpa herb, a variety of Tibetan sage highly revered for its purifying properties. Named after Ganden Monastery, the first monastery founded by the great Lama Tsongkhapa, Ganden Khenpa is believed to have the miraculous power to clear diseases. According to legend, when Ganden was plagued with an infectious disease, Lama Tsongkhapa scattered his shaved hair around the monastery, and where it fell, this herb grew. Upon burning it, the disease was eradicated. Since then, it has been valued as a powerful obstacle-clearing and disease-counter agent.

Note: Due to the COVID pandemic, sourcing Ganden Khenpa from Tibet has been unreliable. Therefore, we have sourced Khenpa harvested from the mountains along the Nepal-Tibet border.
