At Tibetan Spirit, we strive to support Dharma practitioners and serve our customers with integrity and care. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Incense is non-returnable, but if you’re unhappy with it, please reach out — we’d be happy to send you a replacement incense with your next order, on the house.
- All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and fulfillment costs.
- For orders over $1,000, we require shipping insurance (approximately 1.5% of the order total on average).
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us first at: 📧 shop@tibetanspirit.com
We'll guide you through the process and provide the correct return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and a short description of the issue
A tracking number is required for all returns. We’re not responsible for lost return shipments.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow a few days (up to 7-14 in rare cases) for processing. We’ll confirm receipt and follow up with next steps.
