Thirty-Five Buddhas - Drikung Style

This is a high-quality printed reproduction of an original thangka of the Thirty-Five Buddhas (as found in the Sutra in Three Heaps). The specific arrangement and details of this thangka is according to a Thirty-Five Buddhas puja and purification practice liturgy composed by a Drikung Kagyu throne-holder - Drikung Kyabgön Tenzin Chökyi Lodrö (1868-1906). The names, attributes and representations of the 35 Buddhas are by and large following the so-called “Nagārjuna tradition.”This original thangka was commissioned by Dorje Lopön Dr. Lye of Drikung Dharmakirti International Sangha during the pandemic of 2020. By the merit of the production of this thangka, may all disease, illness and suffering be pacified!
