This is a pretty mala in Lapis Lazuli, but several issues: 1. Description reads as adjustable, but this is deceiving. It's only adjustable to be BIGGER, not smaller. 2. Description reads that it has 27 beads. This actually has 29 beads plus the guru bead. 3. It was $21, and I paid $11 in shipping. As a first time customer, I was offered 10% discount. I took that discount, and was then offered to "tip" the Tibetan people, so I "tipped" 15%. I get the mala, which was for my husband, and it's too big. First my husband called them, but their message said they do not accept phone calls, only email. So he emailed them and heard nothing. So I emailed them and heard back a few days later. They would refund the money if I send it back with tracking. They refused to send a prepaid shipping label, and it would cost $10 to ship back. So, I'd have spent $21 total on shipping for a mala that with discount ended up being about $19? NO. We are keeping it and will get it restrung with the proper number of beads with shorter cord OR we will resell it. It's not worth dealing with Tibetan Spirit. This was our FIRST AND LAST time shopping with them. We ended up purchasing a better one from DharmaCrafts. Make sure you read ALL fine print before ordering, especially these days with everything costing so much.
