In Tibetan Buddhism, statues of deities are often hollow so that they can be filled & consecrated. Filling of statues are usually done by a lama (and we can arrange this for you in you need). Each deity has its own set of mantras & so you need choose which deity statue you are filling. We currently have: Amitabha, Amitayus,  Avalokitesvara (Chenrezig), Green Tārā, White Tārā, Manjushri, Black Jambhala, Yellow Jambhala, Mahakala, Maitreya, Medicine Buddha, Vajradhara, Vajrasattva, Vaisravana, & Vajrapani.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (some exceptions apply, like Thangkas and Statues, which may require extra handling or insurance).

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note:

Incense is non-returnable, but if you’re not happy with it, let us know—we’ll send a free replacement with your next order.

All returns must be approved first. Contact us at 📧 shop@tibetanspirit.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

For damaged or defective items, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description.

A tracking number is required for all returns—we can’t be responsible for lost packages.

Processing

Once your return arrives, please allow 3–7 business days (up to 14 in rare cases) for processing. We’ll follow up with confirmation and next steps.
