Vajravidarana Namjom Sungkhor-Amulet

Sungkhors (lit. ""protection-chakra"") are protective charms/amulets that contain miniature mandalas of specific deities folded and covered with intricate handwoven colored string designs stipulated by vajrayana texts of the specific deities. Although all enlightened deities are perfect in their blessing qualities, each deity is often associated with a different enlightened quality.

  • 2" X 2"
  • Water-proof casing
  • Made in Nepal by Yolmo Buddhists

Vajravidarana (Tib. Dorje Namjom) is one of the five vajrayana deities of cleansing. Furthermore, he is the semi-wrathful aspect of the same deity-principle as Vajrasattva (peaceful), Vajrapani (wrathful), and Vajrakilaya (extremely wrathful). He is thus especially effective for the purification and removal of spiritual pollution (Tib. dribpa) that makes us susceptible to physical illness, mental depression, and other such problems.

This amulet can be worn around the neck or placed inside your pocket, your wallet or handbag. You can also hang it at home or in your car.

[Note: Although these sungkhors can be worn immediately, it is often advised that owners have them personally blessed and consecrated by a qualified lama to unlock the maximum effect of these powerful protective charms. Tibetan Spirit can arrange for this if a lama isn't available in your area.

You can use the “Tip” option at checkout to send a small offering to the lama for the blessing of the sungkhor as it is customary to do so but by no means required.

Much of sungkhors available online claim that they have been "pre-blessed by high lamas" are of dubious origins unless the seller is directly associated with a bona-fide Buddhist organization or monastery - always ask!]

I am very pleased with all 9 of the gorgeous Sungkhors. All my children now have their very own real & blessed Sungkhors. I "tip" because there's no real Temple that's reliable. It's in our culture to donate when things are blessed.
So many sell fake Sungkhors & severely overpriced them! Some are from people who purchase things while on vacation or grab wholesale. Always tens times cheaper that way, but not blessed. They resell for triple the price and ask for tips saying that they will give back to the Temples/Monastery, but DON'T. 🤦‍♀️😂
Make sure to do intensive research before ever purchasing.
Monks/Lamas don't sell things, they bless and give for free unless the councils are selling for the Temples/Monastery.
Anyhoots, I highly recommend purchasing from here. They are "affordable" compared to many places I've found. I'm just a young mom trying my best to live, survive, heal and educate the next generation for years to come.
These Sungkhors are legit, absolutely beautiful and well made!! Very spiritual uplifting. 🙏 💜 Every individual bags does contain little bits of "blessed"colorful rice grains! 😍 I keep them & add them to my altar/shrine. 🫶😊
I did not receive any extra gifts along with my purchase, nor am I getting paid for my honest review.
Thank you, Tibetan Spirit from the bottom of my heart. Much love from my family to yours. 🙏🙏🙏💜🌸✨️🪷✨️💜
